Pastor Jennie Swanson pastorjennie@lclutheran.org

Rev. Jennie Swanson received her undergraduate degree in psychology in 1991 from Concordia University in River Forest, IL. In 1995 she graduated from Lutheran School of Theology of Chicago with a Master of Divinity. Ordained in 1996, Pastor Jennie has served three churches, and has been called as Pastor to Living Christ since 2006.

Pastor Jennie serves as Fire Chaplain for the Village of Hanover Park Fire Department. She is married to Jeff Krautwurst and between them they have four children and a grandson. They have lived in Hanover park since summer of 2000 and look forward to many years of ministry in their local community.

Burrell Schulz, music director amdeus4444@sbcglobal.net

Burrell was born in Chicago and graduated in 1972 from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois with a Bachelor of Music degree in Theory and Composition. He taught music grades one through eight at Saint Collette School in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, taught studio piano lessons at Shuey's Music Education Center in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and served fourteen years as Organist/Choirmaster at Saint Nicholas Episcopal Church in Elk Grove Village. He recently completed his eighth year as Music Director at Living Christ Lutheran Church. He has performed with the 'Spirit of Life' Chorus for the last sixteen years.

Burrell feels that all are endowed by the Holy Spirit with some degree of musical ability and that therefore, music should be used most often to praise God, and at the very least to create a good and positive influence in the lives of others. Burrell and his wife "Jody" were married on his graduation day from college in 1972. They have lived in Roselle, IL for the past 21 years and have three grown children: Marilissa, Estherlyn, and John.

Jean Lunt, secretary and webmaster jeane@lclutheran.org

Formerly a nursing home administrator, Jean Lunt currently wears several hats at Living Christ. She's the secretary and webmaster of this website and is also responsible for the Outreach Team and Living Harvest (evangelism). She delights in seeing the church grow in spirit and prays that it will also grow in membership so we can in turn do more in service for Christ.

She has been married to Tom for 23 years and has two sons and two grandsons. Her M.S. went into remission for the first time in 10 years this year and is so very thankful for the blessings of regained abilities. If you see her tooling down the street in her Jazzy wheelchair, be sure to wave!
