 Sunday Morning Bible Study Psalm 77 “Comfort in Times of Distress” was the topic of our discussions the past several weeks. In this Psalm, which was written by Asaph, we went from the depths of despair through to remembering how God was with his people through the hardest of days and always saw them through to better times. In fact, He is always there and waiting for us to reach out to Him. He has the power to overcome all of our problems which seem to overwhelm us at times. Next we will begin studying Psalm 111, which is an acrostic psalm meaning it covers praise and thanksgiving from A—Z. What a happy primer for us all to think about as we prepare for Pastor Jennie’s new Sermon Series Worship Works! in May. Anyone can join in these Bible studies - no experience necessary! Drop in any Sunday morning at 9 AM before Worship. Wednesday Midday Gospel Cafe Mid Day Gospel Cafe is a Community Bible Study coordinated between Living Christ Lutheran Church and Living Faith Cathedral Worship Center. It will meet every Wednesday from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. and is doing an ongoing study of the "Uniqueness of Jesus." Come whenever you can - we'll be watching for you!
